Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a community-focused financial services team. This 100% onsite role offers a clear path to management, hands-on training over 18-24 months, and relocation support for branch assignments.

You will help customers meet their financial goals by originating loan business, explaining consumer lending options, and guiding applicants through the process while developing sales plans and delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Guide applicants through the loan application process and follow up on reminders.
