Job summary

Eaton in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Continuous Improvement Engineering teams for LVMCC and PFCA lines.

You will oversee design standard maintenance, ECO processes, and cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, NPD and Applications Engineering to drive design changes and ISO compliance. This on-site role requires strong leadership and manufacturing operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Five (5)+ years mechanical design experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• Master’s Degree preferred; PE license advantageous.
• Six Sigma Certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement Engineering (CIE) teams for LVMCC and PFCA product lines.
• Oversee design standards and collaborate with NPD on new designs.
• Guide ECO process execution and ISO compliance across divisions.
• Oversee automation systems and continuous improvement of these systems.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve cross-functional issues with Manufacturing, Quality, and Applications Engineering.
• Review product deviations and propose solutions for non-standard situations.
• Manage multiple large projects to completion with minimal supervision.
