Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years applying Lean/Six Sigma and facilitating CI initiatives.
• Experience using data analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience with dashboards or KPI reporting (SQL, Power BI).
• Able to work within 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI culture and strategy, coaching and training staff.
• Manage RIEs, Kaizen events, and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and sustain CI plans improving safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
• Create dashboards and real-time visibility for operations using SQL/Power BI.
