Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Design Engineering Manager to lead the Continuous Improvement Engineering teams, oversee ECO processes, and drive ISO/ANSI/UL/NEMA compliance at the Fayetteville, NC site. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and NPD to develop designs while maintaining standards and leading cross‑functional initiatives.

Bachelor’s in engineering with 5+ years of mechanical design experience is required, onsite work in the United States, and leadership experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Five (5)+ years mechanical design experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement Engineering (CIE) teams for multiple product lines.
• Oversee ECO processes and ensure compliance with ISO, ANSI, UL and NEMA standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Application Engineering, Quality and NPD on design development.
• Manage workload and provide guidance to multiple CIE teams to ensure standards and schedules.
• Drive design improvements and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
