Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Construction Project Manager who will lead small to medium energy construction projects. The role is onsite in Juno Beach, FL with ~15% travel within Florida to job sites, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to drawings and specs.

You will review budgets, subcontracts, and施工 documents; prepare status and risk reports; and coordinate with cost advisory and contract teams to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Primavera Unifier is beneficial.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and verify alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Review documentation including direct cost payments, budget status, and subcontracts.
• Prepare Project Status and Construction Risk Assessment reports and seek approval for fund releases.
• Evaluate the Developer’s cost budget; coordinate with Cost Advisory for estimates and take-offs.
• Comment on terms of construction agreements and ensure qualifications of contractor and architect are up to date.
• Oversee construction and disbursement schedules including permits and surveys.
• Apply standard principles to deliver complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function and related teams.
