Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead small to medium energy construction projects. You will manage front end development and ground-up work with accountability for timely delivery, onsite in Pensacola with travel in the Florida Panhandle.

You will review budgets, contracts, and documentation, prepare risk assessments, and coordinate with cost advisory teams to ensure successful project outcomes while upholding Turner & Townsend and CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Primavera Unifier is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.
• Review documentation including cost requisitions, budgets, and subcontracts.
• Prepare status and risk reports; seek approval for release of funds.
• Evaluate budgets and coordinate with Cost Advisory for estimates and take-offs.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and architect/engineer statements; ensure up‑to‑date qualifications.
