Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. You will lead stakeholder coordination and ensure governance, reports, and milestones are tracked effectively.

The role requires on-site presence, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Procore, and PM tools. You will drive cost control, value engineering, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Manage interface between suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Facilitate regular meetings and written communications to move information efficiently.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Manage and monitor local design teams per commission criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed.
• Review status reports, drawings, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
• Cultivate client relationships to maximize new opportunities.
• Offer strategic advice to help achieve client and business objectives.
• Capture key learnings and maintain knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
