Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee small to medium interior renovation projects and select ground-up work for an energy client. The role sits onsite in Pensacola with about 15% travel across the Florida Panhandle.

You will ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities include site visits, cost and subcontract reviews, risk assessments, and coordination with cost advisory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Primavera Unifier is beneficial.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Review documentation including cost requisitions, budgets, and subcontracts.
• Prepare status and risk reports; review drawings and contract terms for compliance.
• Coordinate with cost advisory for estimates and take-offs.
• Oversee schedules, permits, and approvals; ensure project milestones are met.
