Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal PM will drive excellent client service and ensure project governance, cost control, and timely delivery.

The role requires on-site collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors, plus strong stakeholder management and proficiency with Procore and PM tools. On-site presence may vary by client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied on projects.
• Apply best practices on all projects and produce status reports.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers via regular trackers and reviews.
• Facilitate project information flow through meetings and reports.
• Forecast milestones and budgets; monitor costs and design teams per criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to RFIs and advise on constructability and value engineering.
• Perform independent reviews of submittals, timelines, and costs.
