Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring governance and best practices are applied across programs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, architecture, or engineering, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Procore and common PM tools. This is an on-site role with potential client-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work effectively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
• Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs from various parties.
• Client management and development of relationships to maximize opportunities.
