Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware, software, mobile device, and peripheral support.
• Install, monitor, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade systems for optimal performance.
• Respond to requests via ITSM ticketing system and maintain timely updates.
• Assist with office relocations and new setups; manage office server rooms and closets.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure quality in all tasks.
