Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Microsoft Windows Field Deployment Technician to support VA EHR deployment and training efforts. Duties include imaging, deploying, and configuring PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and network connections on-site at VA facilities and offsite centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment.
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours.
• HS diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, deploying, and setting up equipment (PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners) on VA campus and training sites.
• Unboxing, configuring, and packaging hardware for shipment; setup of equipment at training sites and verify VA image.
• Travel to sites outside the metropolitan area as needed and support onsite with customer service.
