Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to assist employees and end users with technical issues, equipment deployment, and basic troubleshooting. This hands-on role includes setup, maintenance, and removal of equipment, plus documenting issues and resolutions.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm at a hospital site in the United States, providing timely, professional support and contributing to a smooth technology experience for staff and patients alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask across multiple users and issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• General knowledge of computing hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Set up, deploy, and decommission computers and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Run diagnostics and implement fixes to restore services quickly.
• Provide professional technical support and customer service.
• Document issues and resolutions with clear notes.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Share knowledge with colleagues to reduce downtime.
• Balance hands-on work with user support in a fast-paced environment.
