Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the End-User Support team in our Waltham, MA office. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices, manage user accounts, handle hardware refreshes, assist with A/V at events, and provide on-site and remote support with a focus on ensuring a positive experience for employees.

The role requires 2+ years of corporate IT support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with endpoint management tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deskside or end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting PC and Mac devices.
• Familiarity with Endpoint Management/MDM platforms and AD environments.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage user accounts, hardware deployment, and endpoint configurations.
• Support A/V and event setups for company meetings.
• Deliver on-site and remote assistance and maintain SLAs.
• Document resolutions to build the internal knowledge base.
