Job summary

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, log interactions in the ticketing system, and escalate when needed. A high school diploma is required; an Associate degree is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience, and CompTIA Security+ certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, education, or technical training.
• Experience supporting mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware/software, or Help Desk support.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government-grade Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for inquiries regarding mobile devices and end-user tech.
• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, and chat with strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to second-level support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Analyze workflows and feedback to improve service delivery and processes.
• Stay current on product updates and support procedures for accurate guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve support operations and satisfaction.
• Occasionally participate in night, weekend, or holiday coverage as required.
