Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated End User Device Technician to join our team on Oahu, HI. You will install and troubleshoot VOIP, teleconferencing, AV equipment, printers, and desktops, performing cabling work and device maintenance.

The role requires 1+ year IT hardware experience, IAT II baseline (Security+), and customer-facing skills. Some travel and strong adherence to SLAs are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional IT hardware support experience with end-user devices.
• IAT level II baseline certification such as Security+ (DoD 8570.01-M).
• Customer-facing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation and troubleshooting for VOIP phones, teleconferencing, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktops and related cabling.
• Support refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Orders as needed.
• Follow equipment classification and sanitization processes.
• Conduct equipment surveys, inventories, and update databases; assist with logistics.
• Work to meet Service Level Agreement time windows.
• Travel up to 25% to support other locations in the area.
