Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced PC Technician to support USSOCOM SITEC III, delivering end-user IT services across deployed forces and command networks. Qualifications

• Must have DoD TS/SCI clearance and IAT II certification.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365; strong problem solving.
• Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Knowledge of Active Directory security groups and file permissions.
• Experience with Remedy ticketing and enterprise IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and mission support for assigned components and commands.
• Manage End User Devices and provide wired/wireless access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform IMAC activities and hardware refreshes.
• Install, test, and maintain IT equipment per standards.
• Coordinate installations and site surveys as required.
• Test and verify remote access/VDI with USSOCOM images.
• Support VDI clients and recommend upgrades.
• Provide training and interface with customers to resolve issues.
