Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced PC Technician to support SITEC III contract with USSOCOM and related commands. You will manage End User Devices, diagnose hardware/software issues, and perform IMAC migrations while ensuring secure connections and compliant configurations.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, DoW 8140 compliance, and strong customer service skills. You will work on desktop and mobile devices, including VDI and VoIP services, in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required and active.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365 suite.
• Proficient in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Active Directory security groups and file shares.
• Familiarity with DoD/USSOCOM infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and mission support for components and commands.
• Manage End User Devices with wired and wireless access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform IMAC migrations, hardware refreshes, or reinstallation.
• Install, test, and maintain IT equipment per standards.
• Coordinate site surveys and pre-install activities.
• Verify remote access and VDI in USSOCOM environments.
• Support VDI clients and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Provide telephony services and VoIP provisioning.
• Deliver user training and resolve service issues.
• Collaborate with Enterprise teams to ensure timely delivery.
