Harley-Davidson is seeking an Email & SMS Manager to lead North America lifecycle messaging, driving customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial outcomes. You’ll own strategy, analytics, and an operating model for email and SMS as high-value channels, managing a team and cross-functional partnerships.

The role requires a data-driven, customer-centric leader with Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in related roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience in agile/lean environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence.
• Omnichannel/digital marketing experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Email & SMS/MMS professionals.
• Define strategy and growth roadmap for Email/SMS as owned channels.
• Grow a valuable subscriber base driving leads and sales.
• Create content strategy and optimize lifecycle messaging.
• Own channel KPIs, measurement, and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, and Vendors.
• Drive data-driven personalization at scale and platform enhancements.
