Job summary

The Bureau, based in Greenville, SC, is seeking a lifecycle/CRM marketer to own email and SMS revenue end-to-end. You’ll manage the calendar, audience segments, copy, and automations for revenue-driving campaigns across three markets.

You’ll work in a modern stack with AI agents and run programs around automation, with six launches per year and post-purchase journeys. This is an in-person role with occasional travel during event weeks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for consumer brands.
• Proven flows that drove revenue, with tests that quantified impact.
• Segmentation-first mindset focused on audiences and triggers.
• Strong copywriter with editorial voice for email/SMS campaigns.
• Technical fluency: ESPs, basic HTML, UTM discipline; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue calendar for email and SMS across markets.
• Plan campaigns, launches, and on-sales with a clear funnel.
• Design and manage triggered flows and post-purchase journeys.
• Build segments from behavioral data and maintain deliverability.
• Collaborate with design, social, and AI concierge teams.
