Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) seeks a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own SMS and Email orchestration across 10+ automotive brands. Design automated flows, optimize engagement, and drive lifecycle revenue.

Based in-office at Georgetown, TX (with other locations). Collaborate with Brand teams, CS, and analytics to accelerate SMS adoption and maximize Customer Lifetime Value. Success will be measured by revenue lift and list health, with agile deployment of creative assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in omnichannel retention for multi-brand e-commerce.
• Proven SMS program scale into revenue driver.
• Experience with Listrak, Klaviyo or Attentive.
• Strong data literacy with GA4 and analytics.
• Agile, fast-to-market mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect and accelerate SMS adoption across brands.
• Own end-to-end automated flow logic and segmentation.
• Build cross-channel customer journeys with Email.
• Enable brand teams with flexible technical frameworks.
• Collaborate with CS for two-way SMS integrations.
