Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, OR seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an onsite day shift (7 AM–3 PM, Mon–Fri). Relocation assistance to Albany, OR is available.

You will plan, design, and execute maintenance to maximize reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. You will work with craftworkers, develop maintenance strategies, track KPIs, and contribute to equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required or an electrical journeyman card/LME license in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a reliability driven culture on the shop floor.
• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Set and track KPIs and create maintenance activity reports.
