Job summary
ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, OR is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an onsite, day shift (7 AM–3 PM) with relocation assistance to Albany, OR. The role focuses on planning, designing, and executing maintenance strategies to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and boost productivity across critical equipment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- In lieu of degree, electrical journeyman card or LME license.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical components on industrial equipment such as furnaces, forges, extruding presses, welders, and shears.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to a reliability-driven culture.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and ensure repairs.
- Monitor equipment and infrastructure performance and implement improvements.
- Implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Track KPI performance and maintain maintenance records.
- Contribute to strategic equipment upgrades.
- Create reports on maintenance activities.
