Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, Oregon, is hiring a Performance Engineer in the Fabrication Department. This onsite role focuses on analyzing and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and driving issues to resolution across functions.

You will identify improvements, prioritize corrective actions, and work with reliability engineers to boost equipment reliability. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and at least one year of manufacturing or operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in production, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience with reliability and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and eliminate production losses to improve utilization, yield, and uptime.
• Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data for trends.
• Prioritize corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Review logs to identify equipment reliability issues and address challenges.
• Lead RCA investigations with appropriate scope and resources.
• Provide input to turnover and reliability improvements.
