Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Albany, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct technicians and crafts in support of Asset Maintenance and Asset Reliability work processes. You will coordinate shifts, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and recording requirements.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Maintenance Technicians and Crafts to support Asset Maintenance and Reliability work processes.
• Coordinate shift and day maintenance activities per maintenance schedules.
• Monitor implementation progress and resolve issues that impede progress.
• Ensure compliance with recording of job plans, equipment history, and related processes.
• Participate in RCA activities and support reliability planning with RCAs.
• Drive cost control and prioritize work in collaboration with gatekeepers and schedulers.
