ATI in Millersburg, OR is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an onsite day shift (7 AM–3 PM, Mon–Fri). Relocation assistance to Albany, OR is available.

The role involves planning and executing maintenance to improve equipment reliability and productivity, working with floor craft workers to improve critical processes. The successful candidate will have a mechanical/electrical engineering background, 3–5 years in maintenance engineering, PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley preferred), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Electrical journeyman card or LME license can substitute degree.
• 3–5 years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Allen‑Bradley.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical components on industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a reliability-driven culture on the shop floor.
• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Monitor equipment and infrastructure performance; identify improvements.
• Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Track KPIs and generate maintenance reports.
• Support strategic planning for equipment upgrades.
