Job summary

Chobani is seeking an on-site EHS Supervisor in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NRC regulations while promoting a culture of safety across departments.

The role requires coordinating training, inspections, and incident investigations, with relocation assistance provided for the right candidate. The position emphasizes hands-on safety program management, cross-functional collaboration, and timely reporting of metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree as specified; CSP attainable.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NRC regulations.
• Hands-on safety program experience (LOTO, guarding, electrical, PPE, confined space, fall protection).
• Industrial hygiene practices and safety program management familiarity.
• Strong writing and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist EHS Department in managing and executing assigned projects and responsibilities.
• Support teams to maintain compliance with EHS regulations and internal standards.
• Review and conduct risk assessments to ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain Safety Training Tracking System, training assignments and completion.
• Plan and lead training sessions on regulatory compliance and EHS standards.
• Conduct regulatory inspections and audits for EHS programs.
• Collaborate with staff to address safety concerns and drive program adoption.
• Monitor safety metrics and dashboards, ensuring timely reporting.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety and environmental documentation for compliance.
• Support Occupational Health Specialist and maintain CPR/AED certification.
