Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading capital projects in a manufacturing or operating facility.
• Demonstrated ownership of full project execution (not just a support role).
• Strong decision‑making ability, accountability, and self‑sufficiency.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through completion as the primary project owner.
• Drive execution of projects already in motion with minimal ramp‑up.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, and resources; vendors and contractors; risk mitigation.
• Balance production continuity, safety requirements, cost control, and schedule adherence.
• Define scope with stakeholders and develop detailed work plans and resource allocations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and external partners.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and timelines; address risks and issues; communicate progress to stakeholders.
