Job summary

Chobani is seeking an EHS Supervisor to advance Environmental, Health and Safety programs at a manufacturing site in New York. The role leads safety and environmental compliance efforts, mentors teams, and ensures regulatory adherence through audits, training, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in EHS within manufacturing, strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regs, and a proven ability to influence safety performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health, Regulatory Compliance or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in safety, environmental, regulatory, or EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with environmental compliance and regulatory reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA logkeeping records and safety training records.
• Mentor site safety teams and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Inspect worksites to identify and correct hazards.
• Promote safety awareness through communications and programs.
• Develop policies, JSAs, and PPE assessments.
• Collaborate with HR on safety accountability processes.
• Support hearing conservation program and certifications.
• Share best practices across Chobani sites.
