Job summary

Trellis Supportive Care in Winston Salem, NC, seeks a Donor Data Coordinator who is detail‑oriented and analytical to support fundraising efforts. You will ensure donor data integrity in Raiser's Edge, generate reports, and help drive donor relationships.

Responsibilities include processing gifts, acknowledgments, segmentation, monthly reconciliations, and collaborating with Donor Relations to support events and campaigns. Onsite weekday hours on our Winston Salem campus.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or business school, or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with donor database software; Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge and ensure data integrity.
• Process donor gift acknowledgments, matching gifts, and communications.
• Analyze fundraising results and prepare reports for portfolio management.
• Create reports for Finance, including 990 information and audits.
• Develop data files for direct mail and e-communications; coordinate monthly reconciliations.
• Manage donor segmentation and track campaigns in Raiser's Edge.
• Support fundraising events and collaborate with Donor Relations team.
