Job summary

Mobile Meals of Spartanburg seeks a Development Analytics & Database Coordinator to safeguard donor data in Raiser's Edge/NXT, run critical reports, and support fundraising analysis. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely delivery to drive donor stewardship and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years in nonprofit data roles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity while collaborating with the fundraising team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two to five years of experience in nonprofit development, CRM or donor database administration, gift processing, finance administration, or a closely related field preferred.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge/NXT strongly preferred: demonstrated ability to learn and manage complex database systems required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, sorting, filtering and data reconciliation.
• Exceptional accuracy, organization, follow-through, discretion, and ability to manage recurring deadlines and completing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential donor and financial information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge/NXT and ensure data integrity.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship.
• Analyze donor and constituent data to inform decision-making and revenue growth.
• Assist with gift processing and ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
• Support fundraising events with data analysis and timely reporting.
