Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years in quality, operations or engineering.
• Experience with RCCA tools and processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 QM systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory.
• Represent supplier assurance as onsite interface to Raytheon factories.
• Analyze material non-conformance metrics and develop corrective actions.
• Investigate issues with supplied material and document root causes.
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect hardware.
