Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience with an electronic document management system.
• Familiarity with metadata, tags, and document attributes.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of electronic and hardcopy project documents.
• Log, track, and organize all project documents and deliverables.
• Use owner-provided Construction Management software.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Subcontractors to speed submissions.
