Job summary

Command Center Services LLC in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to join a two-person onsite dispatch team. The role coordinates driver trips, supports multi‑platform scheduling, and ensures timely coverage to keep drivers moving and clients on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in a fast-paced operations or call center, strong communication, and reliable on-site attendance. Shifts are 12 hours, with Thursday–Saturday work plus alternating Wednesdays, all at our Lenexa

Qualifications

2–4+ years’ experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments.
Excellent reliability and dependable onsite attendance.
Strong client service and phone communication skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips.
Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms.
Monitor trip accuracy and provide support at multi-monitor workstations (onsite only).
Maintain accurate records of crew trips, client chats, and scheduling applications.
Coordinate in real time with your on-shift teammate to decide trip handling.
Manage growing inbound calls and driver dispatches.
