Job summary

Revvity is seeking an Onsite Software Engineer to diagnose and resolve software issues for Diagnostics Software Services applications. The role involves extensive customer interaction and adherence to quality processes; the position is onsite in Austin, TX with travel to Ohio for onboarding and training.

You will configure software, document work, and provide training to team members and customers. Requirements include a Technical Associate degree or equivalent experience and at least two years

Qualifications

• Technical Associate degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 2 years configuring software.
• Technical experience with writing and executing SQL statements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document software issues for DSS applications.
• Classify and complete support cases according to the Quality Management System.
• Document all work and maintain risk-aware changes.
• Collaborate with the team as primary technical resource for support and investigations.
• Train team members and customers on software packages.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and take ownership.
