Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical Associate degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 2 years configuring software.
• Technical experience with writing and executing SQL statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert software support and diagnose issues per Quality Management System.
• Create documentation for all work performed and ensure proper case handling.
• Troubleshoot independently, validate issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Classify and complete support cases accurately and on time.
• Understand interactions between software applications in the product family.
