Job summary

CompucomStaffing is currently seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client on site in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on on-site and remote support, resolving complex hardware and software issues, imaging devices, and maintaining Windows 11 and O365 environments.

You will work with SCCM or Autopilot, ServiceNow ticketing, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth IT operations. The position offers comprehensive benefits and requires candidates authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer support skills.
• Good analytical / troubleshooting skills.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, and O365 support.
• Experience with installation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues.
• Ensure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripherals.
• May resolve higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
• May serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processes.
• Work may be more technical in nature and could include more complex tasks, such as performing data transfers or building images.
• Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
• Troubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applications.
• Perform management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).
• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
