Job summary

CompucomStaffing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client's onsite team. You will provide on-site support, resolve complex hardware and software issues, and assist with imaging, SCCM/Autopilot deployments, and Windows 11/O365 support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Good analytical / troubleshooting skills.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and O365 support.
• Experience with installation of Windows 11 using SCCM or Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to clients and resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals on laptops, tablets, and workstations.
• May resolve higher-level server or network issues and perform maintenance tasks.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to drive problem resolution.
• Perform data transfers or build images as needed.
• Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
• Troubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applications.
• Manage equipment in meeting rooms (projectors, laptops, videoconferencing).
• Monitor calls and incidents using ServiceNow.
