Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to provide onsite support and resolve complex hardware/software issues for enterprise clients.

You will work with laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, and servers, documenting all actions in ticketing systems and coordinating with other teams. The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, an Associates degree or equivalent, and solid knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum 3+ years of related field experience.
• Desktop and/or Infrastructure support experience required.
• Strong written communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and systems issues onsite.
• Perform service, repair and installation of computer hardware, printers, and related devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions; perform password resets.
• Update tickets with status and resolutions, ensuring clear documentation.
• Communicate with customers at all levels and coordinate with teams.
