Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain reliable IT operations across Windows 11 and Linux environments. The role requires diligence, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continual improvement.

Key responsibilities include laptop imaging, deployment, printer and network issue troubleshooting, and following standard operating procedures while collaborating with the team to resolve

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years hands-on IT experience
Experience imaging laptops, printer support, and basic networking
Proficiency in Windows 11 and Linux environments
Strong communication and ability to follow SOPs independently

Responsibilities

Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Follow IT procedures, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with team members.
