The role focuses on responding to IT issues by phone and tickets, installing OS and apps, troubleshooting hardware and software, and maintaining printers and peripherals. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting desktop hardware, printers, and related devices.
Experience providing remote and on-site support with strong communication to users.

Responsibilities

Respond and resolve IT issues via phone and ticketing system.
Install operating systems and user applications.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Configure and maintain printers (laser, thermal, impact).
Develop and maintain deskside operations and procedures.
Support critical situations with additional resources as needed.
Manage service requests at supported locations and coordinate with third-party providers.
Identify solutions to reduce escalations and improve end-user experience.
