Job summary

Triune Infomatics Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Carson City, NV onsite for a short-term contract (up to 3 months) to deliver white-glove end-user assistance.

You will manage tickets in FreshService, assist with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, CrowdStrike endpoints, MFA, imaging for new hires, and hardware repairs on Dell Latitude devices. Strong communication and security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dell Latitude hardware and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration.
• Familiar with FreshService ticketing and IT support workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration, especially with end users.
• Experience supporting remote users and MFA/CrowdStrike endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove end-user support via email, walk-ups and MS Teams.
• Maintain ticketing hygiene and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize FreshService to manage user tickets and assets.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, and endpoint issues.
• Image and deploy Windows for new hires; onboard new users.
• Support CrowdStrike, MFA, printers, and security best practices.
