Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Belle Meade, New Jersey. The role involves on-site support for a strategic client, performing IMAC, break-fix, and desk-side services, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical excellence.

Daily onsite work, plus occasional travel to other locations, and on-call duties are required. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of desktop support experience, Windows OS and MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Active

Qualifications

1+ year desktop support experience.
Hands on with workstation hardware and peripherals.
Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus and browsers.

Responsibilities

Perform moderate-to-complicated configuration/repair of desktops/notebooks and peripherals.
Provide on-site customer service and diagnostics to end users.
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting performance.
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems using advanced tools and knowledge.
Handle Break-Fix for hardware/software and IMAC installations and maintenance.
Manage tickets and workload using the client-provided system.
