The role requires 1-3+ years' experience, strong troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux, IPCC, and ability to document procedures. Night shifts apply; health and 401k benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of Desktop Support or Technical Support experience.
• Experience supporting production/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Control Management (IPCC).
• Ability to document systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues.
• Support Windows and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualization.
• Manage incidents and changes following IT processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Assist with onboarding, deployments, and asset management.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide day-to-day IT support in a manufacturing setting.
