Qualifications

• Basic Azure knowledge in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting PCs running Windows.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site IT support to ensure all devices, PCs and printers operate smoothly.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Serve as the first point of contact for manufacturing site employees and IT questions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes and incidents.
• Keep inventory of IT hardware and ensure timely replacement and ordering of parts.
• Adhere to Siemens IT and Cybersecurity guidelines and conduct training as needed.
