The Finders is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Technician in Northwest Phoenix to provide hardware and software support for 1000+ users across multiple locations. You will manage imaging projects, tickets, and Endpoint configurations while collaborating with a great team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on IT experience in a large enterprise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in the Phoenix area. Must be US citizen or green card holder.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 4 years of professional, hands-on IT support experience.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday–Friday 8am–5pm in Northwest Phoenix.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder required.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused service.

Aufgaben

• Provide hardware and software desktop support to 1000+ users across multiple locations.
• Manage tickets and maintain documentation.
• Image creation (WDS/MDT) and refresh projects for new and existing employees.
• Support Office 365 and Intune environments.
• Assist with Windows 10/11 asset management and patching.
• Handle provisioning and Active Directory tasks.
• VPN and networking support; basic endpoint config management.
• Experience with Azure is a plus; troubleshoot customer issues.
