The Finders is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Technician in Northwest Phoenix to provide hardware and software support for 1000+ users across multiple locations. You will manage imaging projects, tickets, and Endpoint configurations while collaborating with a great team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on IT experience in a large enterprise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in the Phoenix area. Must be US citizen or green card holder.

• Experience with Azure is a plus; troubleshoot customer issues.

Responsibilities

• The Desktop Support Technician’s primary function is to provide hardware and software desktop support to 1000+ users geographically dispersed across multiple locations in the United States. The position requires constant contact with users both in-person, email, and by telephone or other communication mechanisms daily. In addition, the Desktop Support Technicians will work on large refresh, swap, imaging, shipping/receiving projects for new and existing employees across the country.
