Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Associate-Technical Support II (Desktop) to provide hands-on, onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity in clinical and administrative environments.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, install, configure, deploy, replace, relocate, upgrade, and retire endpoint devices per standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on desktop and endpoint support experience.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Two to four years of hands-on experience in desktop support, field services, or a related role.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, peripheral, mobile device, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, image, deploy, replace, relocate, upgrade, and retire desktop and laptop computers.
• Work with Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint-management tools, and enterprise ticketing systems.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and asset records.
• Communicate status and resolution clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, application, security, vendor teams.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
