Job summary

IU Health in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Associate-Technical Support II (Desktop) to deliver hands-on, onsite desktop and device support in clinical and admin environments. Qualifications

• Two to four years of hands-on desktop support or related role experience.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software, OS, printers and network issues.
• Experience imaging, deploying, upgrading, and retiring endpoint devices.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, endpoint tools and ticketing systems.
• Maintains accurate ticket notes, asset records, and follows procedures.
• Travel to other locations as needed for onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues with clear communication.
• Install, configure, imaging, deploy, relocate, upgrade, and retire endpoint equipment.
• Maintain ticket notes, inventory data, and asset-management records accurately.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, security, vendors, and other teams.
• Offer customer-focused guidance and contribute to documentation and improvements.
