Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite tech support to end users.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops/laptops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Assist with user account management and access requests.
• Support workstation deployments, upgrades, migrations, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
